I met Saeed at the Knitting & Stitching show held recently in Harrogate. I was browsing the show looking for a sewing machine. Saeed’s knowledge, skill & perfect attitude won me over… his demonstration, explanation and perfect sales pitch (no pressure to purchase at all) won me over and I purchased a machine from him. The machine arrived a few days later…. I am so very happy with my purchase and I know that Saeed will happily give me any after sales that I need. Thank you Saeed

They told me about every machine they had in stock and others as well. I picked a machine that was not in stock. They ordered one for me and it was there the next day. Very knowledgeable about their products and not pushy with sales pitch. A shop I would readily recommend to others.

Great staff, fantastic service! The machine servicing is competitively priced and guaranteed quality, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They went the extra mile for me, bringing a rep from the manufacturer to personally demo a new machine to me because I have a particular set of queries(about the software, embroidery machine specifically) and needed some more depth! Absolutely excellent, looking forward to shopping there again very soon, and a solid go-to for my servicing and machine needs for the future! :-)
