Woeful. I hope the warehouse staff know the difference between their arse and their elbow, as they certainly can’t differentiate a multi tool from an impact wrench. Sent the wrong item and am still waiting the correct one despite promise of it being sent ‘special delivery’. Go to B&Q and pay a small premium rather than deal with these reprobates.

Product ok, Battery life poor, and Guarantee back up even worse I reported a faulty battery via their website, failed after 2 years but has a 3 year guarantee, so for no response after 2 weeks,, to be honest back up is important so look elsewhere for your power tools

Appalling company, disgraceful customer service department, long wait times on the telephone and when you do get through it’s a out sourced customer service department who are not even employed by RYOBI. Waiting for a refund for a long time and even made a formal complaint to the customer service department!!! They are shocking, unprofessional, incompetent people. I love my RYOBI tools However I will never buy anymore of them direct from RYOBI themselves. UTTER COWBOY COMPANY !!! don’t be fooled by the big worldwide brand name. They are COWBOYS

My wife has spent 72 minutes this morning trying to find out what has happened to a delivery of a spare battery. She gets through to the level 1 team who transfer her to hold music for.. this time 40 mins before she gave up and rang off. Rang again Got through to level 1 and once again transferred and out on hold. Next call is to our bank to report a fraud as we have laid for this product and never received it. Useless. Wish we had not bought their products.

I was actually telling people how great the tools are but not I tell them to stay away and shop other brands, I have now waited over 2 months for 1 item that I keep getting told it will be sent everytime and still nothing the customer services is absolutely is An abomination the staff don't care and leave you on hold for upto 1hr 40mins to speak to someone for 5 minutes it takes the mike get the company sorted out andi would like a full refund
