My daughter booked a van for 8:30 am there was no one on site, someone in the offices above the company rang to see were the staff were eventually someone arrived at 9:15 am and they were on their way by 9:38am just over an hour after their booking was supposed to take place. Don't expect this company to care about your booking or to turn up before you on the day of the booking! I gave 1 star because you cannot post a zero star rating.
