Local authority doesn't have sufficient funding to maintain cemeteries as well as they could or should be kept but they do their best.

On a brief visit to the cemetery, I could see that it is a very well-kept place, it was extremely clean, with pruned trees and freshly pruned lawn. A good place to walk under the sound of trees and birds.

Cemetery roads are disgusting, the further you go, the worse they are. Potholes galore. After main drag which is looked after, it's terrible, like the Somme in winter months. Grass cutters never use grassbox it's all over graves. 1950's section really bad. Council have road sweepers but I don't think cemetery has ever seen one.
