Everything you could want and more in a car dealer. Great brand, great prices (the cars and the workshop - I travelled 17 miles because the nearer dealer was £70 more expensive for a service). Excellent customer service, nice waiting area with free refreshments! I would whole heartedly recommend Ryders and will be using them again myself even though I have 2 Hyundai dealers closer to me. MAY 2020 Just been back to Ryders for a service, MOT & a minor repair. Even in these challenging times Ryders are offering an excellent service. Covid measures include a hand washing station as you enter the building and hand sanitisers and perspex screens in reception. All the staff in the workshop have face masks and gloves and I don't doubt there may be extra measures inside the workshop. As always the staff were very pleasant, personable and professional. My car was ready earlier than expected and the pricing extremely competitive. I have now discovered I have 3 Hyundai dealers closer to my home, but wouldn't even consider going anywhere other than Ryders. They are an excellent car dealership for both sales and aftercare. If only all car dealers were as good as Ryders. MAY 2021 Just been back to Ryders again; annual service, MOT and a couple of minor warranty repairs. As usual the service was excellent (reception staff and technicians). Fantastic pricing and a years AA membership thrown in along with a courtesy car. I can't praise Hyundai and Ryders of Warrington highly enough! If Carlsberg had a car dealership, it would be called Ryders of Warrington. OCTOBER 2021 Just had a small repair done at Ryders. As usual the service was excellent throughout from reporting the problem to collecting the repaired car. All the staff at Ryders are fantastic, but I have to give special thanks to Lyndsey, Dave and Scott. In todays world of lacklustre service and customer satisfaction what a very pleasant change to be a valued customer of a business that go out of their way to provide the best service and make you feel that your business is appreciated. MAY 2023 Just been back to Ryders for a basic service and MOT. Excellent service and pricing as always. I can not recommend Hyundai and Ryders of warrington highly enough.
