Really poor customer service......in fact no service! Certainly one to avoid for smaller companies........they don't care at all, and don't stick to contract when it comes to replacement vehicles. Only have 1 truck left with this company, and every pmi / MOT / Hiab inspection is always an issue! They constantly forget to get booked in, then forget / ignore our contractual requirements for a substitute vehicle. Would really avoid these people...........we end up doing more of the admin than they do even though we are paying them to look after that side of things

I have purchased 2 trucks off of ryder over 4 years and both have turned out to be very reliable and mechanically sound. I found they have been more than helpful and even gone above and beyond on the last purchase to fit an extra seat in the cab. Would recommend anytime for used lorry sales.
