    Terrible experience, I must say. I have been working for Ryde for a whole year now, and have only been assigned one shift. After that, I wasn't able to see any shifts whatsoever. I tried contacting Ryde through emails multiple times to see if anything was wrong with my account, and was told that yes, there was an issue. I addressed it, but they claimed it was working again, when in fact it was not. I know this is not due to lack of shifts, because during early mornings there are many shifts, and I have woken up early just to see at least one, but could not find any. Then, an opportunity came up; Ryde was offering placements for a new delivery opportunity by working specifically for Ryde with their equipment. I believe I was one of the first to apply for it, and was not replied back to even tell me whether I was accepted or not. Now I tried to delete my account and the app doesn’t even allow me to do even that this is just shambolic

    I signed up with Ryde in December 2022. It was going good for a few days until I saw all my booked shifts cancelled and have been waiting for a month now to even come across any more shifts. Good pay for the days I worked but company seems unreliable to work with. I spoke to Ryde staff about not seeing any shifts on the app for a while and I was assured there will be jobs available in February. 4 days in and not a single shift has come up. At least not for me and I check the app extensively for shifts. Disappointed really.
