I have been in contact with the owner and he is excellent at answering questions and quick with replies. I purchased a used dinghy elsewhere but he has been very helpful with my queries as a new owner. The Rydal dinghy I purchased really seems as good as it could be at the price. I know a lot of people criticise the imported sib's but I have to say I am more than pleased with the quality at this price. Thankyou Craig.

We bought a small, light, dark-green RIB rather last-minute as a tender. It's strong, good looking and steady and we love the air floor. An issue came up that meant we might not be able to use the RIB and Rydal were fantastic. They sent what we needed by overnight courier. Amazing customer service and lovely people.

3.6m version. I've been looking for a while, such a difference in price between the various brands available it's a bit of a minefield. Spacing on this is good, we're using ours 2 adults and a child, it could have taken a bit more air but still sat in the water Well and I think as stated it would comfortably sit 5 adults. Found these guys on ebay and realised they weren't too far from us so we took a trip to view. First impressions are that they look reeeeally sturdy. All fixtures and fittings feel well built and solid. The pvc boat itself feels very thick and seems like it can withstand a fair bit of stick. The entire thing fresh out the box about 20 minutes to put together and inflate with a footpump, ready to put on the water, and we can prob get this down to 10 minutes with a bit of practice. Cant say for certain but the pricing seems better than anything else on the market. With the oars it rows surprisingly well and keeps a decent line - hoping to get a motor on it soon. Owner is mega friendly and helpful and is about 30 mins from ullswater, perfect to collect and play the same day?

I bought a 3m boat last year and it's absolutely brilliant - I have a 4-stroke 8hp Mariner fitted and it's used as a fun boat for the children and as a tender for our yacht I've been around boats for over 4 decades and there is nothing to beat this brand for the price. Don't be fooled that the lower cost means a lower quality- these are every bit as well made as boats costing 3 and 4 times as much. Service is exceptional and the company couldn't do enough to help. Don't waste your money on cheap rubbish and don't overspend on bigger brands - there's nothing on the market which comes close to a Rydal Rib and I'm already in discussions to buy another and that's as much of a recommendation as I can give.
