Stuart (think that was his name) took my car in for safety recall. Very polite efficient and handed the keys to courtesy car in about 10 minutes after license check. Got a video text about work done and a courtesy call to say it was ready to pick up in my own time. Very pleasant experience.

I’ve just enquired about an oil change for my mini and was quoted £300.00 which is an absolute rip off so contacted another mini dealer and was quoted half the price . Had many old experiences with this dealership. I would avoid this dealership bad customer services and costly.
