What can I say, the service you get from Rybrook Wolverhampton is worth every penny you pay for their amazing cars, all the staff are friendly welcoming and always offer you a drink throughout, Jason Westbury is amazing so helpful so understanding to your every need, every tiny little detail nothing is too much for him to make your experience truly special you forget your parting with your money, constant updates, Jason Bailey was just as friendly, they make you feel like your the best customer they’ve ever had lol I am over the moon with my purchase and the high standard you get from here is first class

Even 1 star is too generous. I booked a service online for a weekend appointment. All was confirmed and then with less than 48hrs notice got a call to cancel because it was the Kings Coronation. Forgive me but you’d had 5 months knowing when it was going to be then you used the excuse that upper management had suddenly decided to give staff the weekend off. I have no issue as such but why let me book it and then have the indignation of a staff member imply that it was my fault for booking and when couldn’t get another Saturday for another 6 weeks it was my fault. Apparently because I’d booked this late it was my fault that I couldn’t get a courtesy car. One of the worst examples of customer service I have had the misfortune to experience. And to make matters worse BMW themselves can’t even be bothered to acknowledge my concerns.

On the lookout for a new car, found an M5 at Rybrook Wolverhampton that looked like it would fit the bill. Called and spoke to salesman and said would be travelling from Northampton but keen to see the car. When we got there at time stated and were shown a car that hadn’t been through cleaning and was just dirty, fingerprints all over inside, just given the keys and told any questions come and find me - for a £52k car and the salesman knowing we had driven for 1.5hours that we were keen to buy a car, James was very uninterested - a little bit of customer attention and perhaps a search of Rybrook cars in stock we would have found a car we wanted. When I said we were looking for something a little different M5 Comp, M4 Comp he just said keep an eye on website - not interested in having a look at group stock, showing us new cars - nothing In the end drove from there to Silverstone Porsche on off chance and there sales guy was fabulous and after an hour looking at various stock and options sold a brand new 911 - can’t wait very excited
