This is by far the best dealership I’ve been to, that Includes Mercedes and Audi. The staff are so friendly. The customer service when buying the car was exceptional and after care also matched. One year later took my car in for a service and the service is still the same . So friendly and well organised. The whole process was brilliant. Definitely would go back for another car there and would also recommend 100%.

Mummy sheps Tips for teens
Failed my car for mot dangerous defects and did not advise me I was illegal to drive. Got second opinion and they failed it on break pads that were absolutely legal. Disgusted!

Nothing I could fault, not one thing! Alex has been fabulous from the moment I sent my first request regarding a Volvo. As we live quite far away, he emailed me a very detailed video straight away (without me having to request it). I got all the details I wanted/needed and Alex made the transition that followed so uncomplicated. Thank you again! Peter, the gent who delivered our car was brilliant as well. Such a gentleman. He called an hour before to let us know when he would arrive. He also took nearly two hours to explain all the features of the car to us, what an outstaning service. If that is not already five stars, Alex then checked back with us twice over the following days, just to ensure we were happy with the new Volvo (and we most definitely are!) and no unexpected issues had occured. I honestly cannot recommend Rybrook Volvo in Warrington enough!
