    Hmm why would you sell a mini to a 78 Yr old woman that struggles to walk and has a bad hip? Sorry but your sales team was dazzled by a sale and not what the person really need. Your sales person need to ask more questions. Cheers Jeff. What dose this mean ? The purchased veh £14,000 3 months later when we returned vehicle she only got back £10,000 after putting 500 miles on the odometer. Not great MINI.
