    £120 to clean out a washer bottle and not fit the filter they said it needed. £500 for a service with plugs taken off the list, so they refuse to reset the service light. Near miss with blind service tech on leaving. A half arsed attempted at washing the car. Still waiting for a call back from the service manager to explain all these. Not the level of service I expect from a main dealer of a premium brand. Update - the car started throwing an engine management code shortly after, a local indie found the issue. Rybrooks tech didn't put the air filter back together properly. :(
