    Went in a week ago to enquire about the Jaguar XE, the salesmen didn't know much about the car or offers. Which I thought was fair enough given orders only reopened a few days before. Both receptionists as I walked in on their phones and it took me being stood there for a short while and me saying hello to them for them to look up from their phones. Don't mind people being on their phones myself but not if someone is stood in front of you that is just rude and not doing the job you are paid to do. Was promised he would email me and send over brochure info along with info on a deal. Confirmed all my info and details, never heard anything back. Have placed an order on a new XE with the Leeds Jag dealer who could quote me and followed up when they said they would... Huddersfield lost my business because they can't send an email.
