Just purchased my second bike from BMW Motorrad in Shrewsbury. Both times the service received from Alex and Iain was first-class, it's great to deal with people that love bikes as much as I do! I am particular about my specs, and the R1250RS that I recently purchased was no exception. I was never rushed, nothing was too much trouble, and the bike was perfect upon collection. The handover process was fantastic and Alex took the time to help me connect and set up the phone and sat nav system, along with running through a lot of the updates and features on the new model. It's great to see the increase in used stock that they have on display, along with showroom models of the latest bikes too. The service centre is due to open shortly, completing the offering and meaning no more trips to the West Midlands for service intervals! I can highly recommend the Shrewsbury business to anybody in the market for a new or used BMW. Many thanks, Simon Hubbard
