Worst experience I’ve ever had, flew from United States into Europe for work and they didn’t send my bag with my work equipment, not only did i invest in myself to get to work but they kept my work equipment and did not pay for my missed work because of their mistake n now I’m bout to lose my job because of this airline in a whole different country. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE TRUST ME. They Dont take care of there customers when they make a mistake no matter what’s on the line. Now i have to see how to feed my family cause i can’t get my work tools and I’m out of the country. Craziest time of my life. It’s gotta be somebody who can help

Yes I gave it 2 stars. Allow me to explain why. I found it fascinating why when you have booked your flight you then have to pay to sit together and then after that you get free gum on your belt. Luckily I did not get charged extra for that. Sure the plane took off late but we didn't have to pay extra for that. I especially enjoyed the last minute gate change too. In all I'd prefer to drive but and it's a big but, it's a simple fact that occasionally I have to fly with Ryanair.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give 0 stars. The worst company I have ever seen. The seats are not comfortable, the staff is bad. They charge a lot of money for non-existent baggage services. I hope I won't have to deal with Ryanair again.
