Ryan came round to measure up for two replacement sealed units. Did not hear from him for a few weeks so chased him up and he said he would be round the following Monday. No show. Going elsewhere now. One star for turning up on time. I try to make a point of helping out the 'little man' where possible but will now use a larger company for this job. Shame.
