Rima was with Taylor-rose and was conveyancing for us. She failed to realise that the seller was not entitled to sell, carried our searches that we specifically asked not to, and was extremely difficult to reach on the phone. When we asked for refund as per no-sell-no-fee agreement, Rima just stopped to respond at all. 3 months later, we were still waiting for our refund, I found out that she changed firm to RWK without even notifying us! Avoid if you can. This review is for Rima, who is now a solicitor with RWK, so this review is for RWK too as you hired her.
