My partner “invested” her savings with RW Invest in an off plan development in 2019 for completion in September 2020. It is now March 2022 and not a single brick has been laid (the picture is from this month). It’s all been one excuse after another and it’s become the worst experience of our lives. Covid was supposed to be a 6 month delay but it’s become the go to excuse. Furthermore, the assurance that the developers were financially sound turned out to be fake news as they went bankrupt in 2021. Horrible situation! PS: I couldn’t post this without choosing a star, please ignore the one star rating as the true rating is zero stars. It is now the beginning of 2023 and still not a single brick has been laid and they’re still blaming Covid. In the meantime, developments in London have began and finished since the pandemic. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I had a great and smooth purchase and transaction which Manchester office of RW invest facilitated. I had a meeting with the team based out of Manchester and they helped with negotiation a good deal with the developer. I was taken to the actual site and that was what sold it for me. Then there was follow-on calls, the construction updates, etc.

Pure marketing and miss leading information that unfortunately has landed myself and 2 friends with an investment in Liverpool (OneIslington Plaza) that guaranteed 8% interest ROI & left us with stress. As an overseas investor, you want to rely on professionals that verify the developers they sell on behalf - complete lack of due diligence on the developer who went into liquidation as soon as the development was 'ready', which was far from the truth. We later found out that the developer had dissolved several companies before and obtained completion certificates fraudulently, but has got away as they are no longer in business. They took our money and folded the company - a fantastic way to make illicit money in the UK. To make matters worse, RWInvest recommended to work with TQLawyers to complete our purchase and we later found out they were not lawyers, but surveyors AND they also went into liquidation once the development was 'complete'. 3 years later, we're left with a failed cash investment that has given us 0% return. I also have hard evidence of the statements I’ve made in this review so please feel free to get in touch and I’ll happily share. This has been my worst investment ever & please be extra careful if considering to work with RWinvest. There are several other routes to sensible financial investment, RWinvest is not one of them.

This firm does no diligence on the investment sold to their clients. This firm is composed of real estate sales agents who peruse commissions. Please stay away from this company. All of the investment sold to investors have resulted in the project either going bankrupt or into administration. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM - THIS IS A SCAM. A LOT OF INVESTORS HAVE LOST THEIR MONEY. STAY AWAY.

very disappointed with RW.. I was promised that Parliament Square apartment in Liverpool will be ready by 2020 since 2017 and now it is May 2022 and still not clear of what will happen and when we will be able to get our first rent The same is for Merchant Wharf, the off plan development seems to be forgotten and no body want to talk about it!! Strangely I hardly get reply from them and whatever reasons they give are with no value, and no logics So if u want to invest with them in an off plan development keep in mind that your money will be lucked up for years before you really get any revenue Can’t trust them anymore

Dreaming Reality

A few years down the line having lost money on three bad investments highly recommend by the dedicated team at RWinvest: #1 airport car parks turned out to be an international scam; #2 students accommodations sold for a song at an auction after turning into a serious liability; #3 residential let about to be sold at a loss following a string of problems… Cash under the mattress would have been more lucrative!

Rental guarantees are fake, one Islington plaza in Liverpool is now in administration exactly 1 year after completion, no rent received and no news when any rent will be forthcoming. Buy into a stand alone property and just lock it up for a few years then sell it, much safer investment.
