I bought a Kia Venga from this company in October 2021. I don't know a lot about cars so I put my trust in this company - I wish I never had. All seemed fine and I was quite happy with it until I noticed the washer bottle was not holing water. When I looked, it was being held together with Gaffa tape, which over the winter months had lost its sticky and was peeling off. Looking further I noticed the fender has been glued on and, again, over the winter months the glue has started to degrade and now the panel has slipped; and the fog light is also broken. It had obviously had a prang and the dealer was not upfront about it. I have called them 7 or 8 times to discuss the matter, hoping for some help with the repairs but they are yet to get back to me. I wouldn't have minded if they had been upfront about the damage so I could have made an informed decision but they think its ok to lie and fob me off. Considering the ombudsman, would NOT recommend.

I bought a Audi A6 2016,paid 13,600 for it, after the first few days the multimedia didn't work properly, the manager sent me to a Vat garage but the warranty cover only £500,I asked for the service history of the car, they actually lied to me that they will send by email nothing received,3 months have already passed and nothing, now the engine check light came on, dpf is blocked , no help, I will definitely complaint as soon as possible

First time there! Squeezed round the cars as all very close together. Looked at a few and got in 2-3 and was amazed how grubby they were inside and all smelt fusty. Salesman eventually came out and offered assistance but he was a bit scruffy and not what I expected from a reputable dealer. Needless to say, I want be going back!
