As a rule I don't do this kind if thing but cannot praise Steve and Automated Environmental Systems enough. We brought a pool air source heat pump from AES some 6 years ago which stopped working. Thinking it was the control module I contacted Steve who, after viewing over Facetime, said that it was the flow switch. Took me through the process to get the pump up and running and despatched a new part. This was at about 5:30 and the process took some 20/30 mins. Absolutely fantastic customer service which is so difficult to come across in these times. Cannot fault Steve's knowledge, pleasant nature and simple willingness to help; thank you. It goes without saying that I would recommend AES to anyone looking for a reliable company who really cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile.
