If I could give zero stars I would!! I have NEVER left a bad review in my lifetime (only 36 😉) but after several emails were sent showing the damaged single acrylic sheet I got no reply. So I then phoned them up and managed to get an email for who I needed to speak to. By the time this played out I was then contacted by Richel (Key Account Executive) who said that I am not eligible for a replacement as it is over the 7 days return/replace policy. So after various back & forth with me saying I was willing to forget the poor overall service if they send out a replacement (£20.64 was the total fee), to which they declined and offered 25% off my next order!! NO CHANCE!! If the next one arrives I’m then £40+ out of pocket. Not a lot of money, granted, but very annoying when having a customer of my own waiting for me to fix their frame. Luckily my customer service is far superior to RuudraScott’s (not difficult) and my customer is happy to wait for me to source a replacement from another company. Don’t make the same mistake I made, read the reviews first as they looked professional on the website but clearly lacking in their customer relations department. Just noticed too, the name actually gives a bit of it away, Ruder Scots (I’m Scottish before anyone pipes up)!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered a large sheet of Perspex from Glasgow office. Requested polished edges for as table top. Delivered with rough edges and many scratches to surface. Tried to contact company on many occasions - no response! Eventually got email address and asked to send photographs - no response. Even visited site where the operated from - no answer at door. Shoddy company - avoid!

I ordered acrylic panels for secondary glazing in October 2019. I paid a premium for 'polished edges' and delivery to France - total cost £742. The goods arrived in two separate parcels. The smaller panels (1st parcel) were intact, the four largest (2nd parcel) were smashed (insufficient packaging) None of the edges on any of the panels were "polished", the edges were rough and cut marks were clearly visible. After two months of atrocious customer (lack of) customer service I was eventually refunded for the smashed panels but he refused to accept that the edges on the other panels were below standard. I'm now out of pocket to the tune of £131 (the premium for 'polished edges' paid for but not provided). As these panels were intended to be surface mounted secondary glazing, I cannot use them with unfinished rough and jagged edges. In summary, a very disappointing experience compounded by a customer "service" which is anything but. Truly dreadful

Placed two orders simultaneously, one via eBay which was so inaccurately cut they were unusable. Seller agreed to refund but never did (not a problem as will be refunded by PayPal). The other order was placed directly on website - they took the money but never supplied the goods - no answer to any emails. Buyers beware.

Ordered a selection of plastic splashbacks for my kitchen and paid for express delivery so I could get it finished. After a week I got a call saying would I mind having my longer length in two halves. I agreed although this is not what I wanted and would have a join in the middle. I agreed as I was getting sick of waiting after paying for faster delivery. Eventually after 10 days! It turned up. The sheets were as described and nice, however one was the wrong width. I rang up to complain and got a warehouse guy that cuts the plastic answering the phone. Said I would get a refund for the delivery etc, apologised and said to email them the problem with pictures. I have done this twice and heard nothing back. My credit card company said I would have to send the whole order back at my expense to get a refund so that is not worth it. A complete joke and zero customer service. I would never use them again and if you do use them, definately do not pay extra for express delivery it's pointless.
