We recently used Rutland London to supply a bespoke traditional heated towel radiator for one of our properties to replace an older one. When it arrived unfortunately the measurements were slightly out after a miscommunication of where the measurements were to be taken from. In my eyes I felt I was somewhat to blame for this mistake but after a chat with Raymond everything was resolved. He arranged for the collection of the wrong towel rail and got the workshop to make another one, at no extra cost to us. The new heated towel radiator was sent out as soon as it had been made and it was perfect and finished to a very high standard. It’s great to see such quality workmanship from a British firm. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and I felt that the level of service provided was above and beyond what I had expected. I will certainly order from Rutland London in the future if I require any bespoke radiators or high end bathroom products.
