    Popped in to this store with my wife to look at an e bike for her. Suresh was very helpful and knowledgeable, really chatty and not pushy. He explained how ebikes worked and even let us have a try! We left empty handed, but the wife will be back to purchase her ebike from this store for sure. Meanwhile 4 hours after our initial visit - i returned to store and purchased myself a Specialized Creo which was instock and once the guys had done their final safety checks was able to take home same day! Fantastic service - please pass our thanks onto Suresh!

    Went into Rutland Cycling to check out electric bikes and had a chance to try out different options, including one we would not haqve considered had Alex not brought it to our attention. The Specialized Turbo Como SL was very comfortable and well suited to what we needed. The front basket fixed to the frame initially felt odd but soon became second nature and has proved really useful for us. Alex told us about a great deal on the bikes we hadn't been aware of and we ended up buying two of the bikes. Just been for the 6 week check at Rutland Milton Keynes where the whole team are always very welcoming. We love the bikes and delighted with the advice and service of Alex and the team at Rutland MK.
