I have tried in vain to arrange a meeting with Sophie Lewis at Ruth Kaye Designs to sort out the stationery for our wedding. Disappointingly, her contact has been limited as she has taken a long time to reply to emails, if at all, and struggled to find time to speak with us. We would have preferred a more professional approach of just telling us that she is too busy to take on any new clients at present. It is a great shame as we thoroughly admired the stationery, which had been recommended by many friends, but being unable to actually even enter the golden gates had made it impossible for us to comment positively on these aspects.
