Still trying to hear about my order/delivery with was expected on 15 Dec 22. We received a dismissive email telling us to read Rustic Furniture Ltd policy on delivery to find out when my delivery was due. This has been exceeded and despite numerous phone calls, messages were left because no one answers the phone, and a number of email sent which were ignored. We now feel like we have been scammed and have reported the company to PayPal and Etsy. Please be aware that this Company are happy to take your money but don’t deliver the goods. After a long long search for incredibly small bedside tables due to an awkward shaped room, i stumbled across Rustic Furnitures, and I'm so glad i did. Tables arrived today and are well built and finished and are spot on for my room. Top quality stuff! Will definitely come back when i need similar (need a new TV stand later in the year!) Very accomodating. Wanted my tv unit unstained so emailed them and got an immediate responce. I emailed them several times during the whole process and they emailed back immediately. Delivery was good , tracked and on time and the tv unit was of good quality, as described. W9uld deffinately recommend.

This company do not even deserve 1 star. Bench arrived without any legs resulting in a long wait for legs to arrive. When I came to assemble, the wood was so warped it was completely unusable. Initially agreed to replace, but now just ignore messages. Next stop will be trading standards as they are selling items that are not fit for purpose.
