Excellent service. I rang Friday morning as my washing machine wasn't working correctly no hot water. They got me an appointment for Monday afternoon which was very quick and the repair guy arrived promptly as they said. Fixed my problem straight away heating element had failed and burnt out. Now back to fully working great. Very reasonable prices as well

I went in for a new oven heating filament which wasn’t standard and there was a really helpful lady at the counter. She kept looking for different ones until she found a matching one. It is great that there are still shops like this open and they haven’t been swallowed up by the online shops.

Over inflated price (£15) for a set of Carbon brushes (£6 or less elsewhere)..... but gets the job done if you need the spares local and quickly. Good stock of spares. Ring ahead perhaps for a price rather than assuming the going rate.
