Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. They communicate every step of the way, give you honest and sound advice and you feel really taken care of. Their customer service is great across the board so it obviously comes from the top, down. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Thank you for making, what has been a fairly stressful process, so much easier.

Russell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy. We had 6 in the chain and she was onto each part several times a day until exchange took place (solicitors, agents and vendors!). Amazing people, amazing firm, definitely recommend!!
