Unresponsive and unreliable. After saying they would arrive 10-11am for an urgent boiler repair, they texted me delaying to 1-3pm. They never arrived, and I tried to contact them over all possible methods (2 phone numbers, text, google chat) and never got a response. Now I have to book a different plumber and pay extra for the out-of-hours rate.

We can't recommend Aleks and his colleague highly enough. They installed our Nest thermostats seamlessly, as well as helping with multiple issues we've had since moving into our new home. We've had issues with the boiler and leaking pipes and Aleks has been super responsive on messages and quick to come over to assist. Aleks clearly explains the issue and the steps needed to resolve, as well as being transparent and up-front in relation to time and costs.
