Russell is an extremely honest and thorough surveyor. His printed reports are detailed and clear, easy to understand. The verbal feedback is usually given on the day and is presented in an accessible and good natured way. The highly professional printed version comes very soon after. I would recommend this likeable and easy going guy 100%. I would use his services again in a heartbeat......though I would prefer not to have to.

Russell is fantastic. He's friendly and approachable, demystifies the entire process, will happily answer any questions you might have and is clearly extremely thorough in his work. The report he provided was extensive and detailed, but wasn't loaded with impenetrable terminology, so it was clear and useful. He also took the time to talk through his findings and their practical impact and provide some valuable advice for next steps to take. Money well spent on peace of mind and knowing that extensive due diligence has been done, and he was also a real pleasure to talk to and deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.
