    Terrible company who APC, who I highly rate, subcontract to. Gave incorrect eta and arrived at completely different time (6 hours earlier) when I was not in. Did not redeliver on day requested online. Called up and was told "it didn't get inputted" (??). Next requested redelivery on the phone. It again did not turn up. Their phone line is busy 95% of the time without a call waiting feature so you have to keep recalling hoping to get through.

    I was in my flat waiting for the delivery when I got a delivery attempt text. No actual attempt was made. I immediately called their support line and was told that the driver wasn't answering their mobile. Promised a follow-up which never happened. Useless.

    terrible service. will not answer phone. was on hold for an hour the other day then hung up on. drivers do not follow basic instructions on delivery note or posted on the door of a large building. i cannot be sat at the door waiting to possibly catch the driver pulling up waiting and saying i was not in (i have watched this on the buildings cctv happen several times).

    Although i didnt use there services, i had a puncture on my motorbike and one of their staff stopped and offered to fix my puncture. i didnt get his name but the service this guy gave me who didnt know me was 5 stars and very much welcomed.

    Delivering on behalf of APC. I sent my parcel on 9th May, we are now on the 10th June and still no sign of delivering. I should have just walked the 38 miles and delivered the parcel myself.
