I'm sad that it has come to this, I'm not the type to leave a negative review, and Rush was my go-to salon once. However, after my last experience I will not be back. I booked in soon after salons reopened as my hair was in need of some tlc and my previous experiences were always positive. I initially selected the wrong treatment for what I wanted, which was quoted at £60. On arriving at the salon, I was told the treatment I actually wanted would cost me £145. Seemed a bit steep but I agreed, it was my mistake after all. I had asked for a light brown with a hint of baby pink. I left with almost black roots and very dark pink hair. I paid as it wasn't too bad at the time. Unfortunately, within 5 days, all the colour had gone. I contacted the salon who told me they would only refund the price of the toner used (less than £20) because the highlights were still in place. I didn't ask for highlights but I accepted the refund of the toner. I never got that money back. Now, less than 2 months after having my hair done, the toner and the highlighters have all disappeared, so I wasted £145 to end up with what I started with. The cost did not reflect the quality and the promise to return my money (even such a small amount) was never fulfilled. Sadly I'll be going elsewhere in future.
