Avoid this salon if you don’t want to cry afterwards. the staff insulted me when I CAUGHT HER REDHANDED her cheating with the product during the keratin treatment. They would not hesitate to burn your hair and dilute a product just to save their stock. Il not sure if the staff steals the product from the salon or if the owner of the salon also has no integrity or shame. If you dare reach out to them to request them to make things right, they would gang up against you to bully you. Literally the staff got together and started insulting me when I went back with a genuine complaint. See photos of my hair just 1 night after a Botox treatment that costed 180£ I reached out to them very politely requesting to make things right and wrote them a complaint against the staff who insulted me when I CAUGHT her cheating with the product during the keratin treatment. Instead of an apology, they wrote me a long email further abusing me. I m sure this salon will soon go out of business if such incompetent people are running it. In the meantime, i would suggest AVOID this salon.
