The most awful service by Cylest ! Shocking shocking. Apart from the colour I wanted she said nothing, did not offer me a beverage. Was off. Then washed my hair, apart from adding shampoo, she did not touch my hair, the water was too hot or to cold, she was getting stressed slamming the shower head down, she had finished, I still had shampoo in my hair, I told her, then we ended up arguing. She was vile! No one said a thing, then I was told to wait for someone else to finish washing my hair, I did at first but I needed to leave. The guy pretended to care and charged me the full price. I refused to pay the full price. He was awful and said I have to. I said for the manager to call we can discuss. He wanted me to pay! I walked out. I then received messages from my bank to say Rush tried talking the payment 2x with out my authorisation !!!!!!!! I am just appalled. Been using Rush for years. I feel to call the police. I genuinely think that I’ve never been to a worse hairdresser in central London. Had my blow dry appointment booked for 6:45, but was not greeted by anybody for 15 minutes then had to wait another 15 because they were running late on appointments. Then, the hairdresser left shampoo on my head and was rude when I asked to rinse my head again. Slow and unprofessional blowdry - besides it being unexplainably expensive in comparison to other salons in the neighbourhood. Forgot to mention, the staff is extremely rude. Service: Hairstyling
