Went for a consultation a few weeks ago at the Manchester salon and the woman was very rude and continuously told me how my hair was ‘frazzled’ and would not stop going on about the condition of my hair and basically stated they wouldn’t be able to do anything until I had a lot of my hair cut off but then began to proceed to tell me if they went ahead with doing my hair it would be £200+. Was also told that I have grey hairs which I have never been told before considering I am a young girl. Left feeling very self conscious about my hair and would never give them my business due to the attitude of the staff.

Had a good experience. Antoni did my hair and I appreciated how he knew exactly what to do once he saw the condition my hair was in. There was minimal talking (which I prefer) and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. My only comment is the hair wash could have lasted a bit longer, felt a bit rushed when I was the only customer in at the time.
