    I had a lovely time with Jade at the salon on Saturday. She really made me feel welcome, and I instantly felt in safe hands with her. I had a lot of hair cut off, and I was anxious before attending as it is a big step, but Jade talked me though it, and put my mind at ease. We had a few laughs along the way, and it was lovely to meet her. I love my new hair, and everyone who has seen me has said what a lovely cut it is. I would like to thank Jade and the lovely young man who washed my hair, for making me feel so welcome, and for making me feel pampered and looked after.
