I had an amazing balayage and hair cut with Terry, he was so chilled & friendly and my hair colour and cut is perfect! It’s blended beautifully and my hair looks sun kissed and natural. 5 star service all round :) Rush is a quality salon with a great selection of drinks including wine 😉 I went on a Tuesday as they have a discount, it was such good value and I will defo come back. The salon wasn’t at all packed and I virtually had the whole upstairs area to myself. I bounced out of the salon looking like a glamour queen (straight into the rain! 😅😅) but I felt and looked amazing. Thanks Terry!

This was only my second time ever having my hair professionally done in a salon and I have to say it was the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere! Yennefer was my stylist today and right from the beginning of the appointment all the way till the very end she was friendly, chatty, relaxed and bubbly. Nothing was too much trouble and I let her have free rein over my hair style and it looked beautiful once it was finished. I travelled two hours down to Chelmsford from my home town just to see family and thought I would just get my haircut while I was there.. I will now always travel down to Chelmsford for my hair. I've been going to Rush Chelmsford for 3 years now. Louise has been my stylist for most of that time. She is fabulous and absolutely passionate about her work. So much so that even though I no longer live in Chelmsford, I travel from my new home for regular appointments. She takes time to understand what you are asking for, then takes time to make sure you understand the process and likely results. All that and she's great to talk to. Or, she'll let you just chill if that's what you prefer. From observation of other stylists at Rush Chelmsford, they also take time with their clients and work hard to ensure you leave happy.
