I contacted Rupert because I was suffering from upper back and wrist pain - which I’ve suffered for around two years now. I noticed the pain was getting increasingly worse as I studied from home. He couldn't see me because of the lockdown restrictions but asked me to send him some posture photos. He then sent me some simple exercises to do which I did daily.
