I visited Runners World and left a new and happy customer. I felt truly heard as a customer. Rowan could see where i needed help and direction in choosing some new running trainers, without criticising the hideous trainers i was wearing (which clearly weren't for running). I left shortly after with some perfect shoes!

Went into store on 11/11 and spoke to Alex. I've hurt my hip running and a friend at work suggested a gait analysis for me. Alex was incredibly helpful watching me walk, and then bringing out box after box of shoes for me to try. I've paid £145 for my new trainers, but it's money well spent as my hip seems to be curing itself and I can walk again. Don't waste your time buying substandard trainers off the internet - go and see Alex and have a pair specially fitted for you.
