5 stars that goes all to Corey who helped me immensely. I don't think I have ever received such good customer service in my 8 years living in London. Corey was super helpful, not only to me, but he was attending alone at the same time many more costumers. Kind, he knew what he was talking about, and happy to go the extra mile to find the right shoe. After bringing me all the shoes I pointed at, he suggested a pair which were mind-blowing comfortable. Although I didn't buy them straight away because the colour I wanted wasn't in store, I hope he will be happy to know that I bought them on the online shop a couple of hours later and I'm in love with them! Thank you so much!

Never had customer service in all my life like they do. Corey is the nicest most patient guy, answered every question no matter how silly and made me feel completely welcome, even if I did come in a bit late in the day. Love the gait analysis and the super laid-back feel - didn’t feel like I was getting sold to at all.

Corey was a star and super helped me. It is not to say that they were only 2 people for about 20 clients waiting. The space dedicated to the runners store is minimal, they need a better space with really place to trial the shoes. For what I could see it had the most transited area of the store on a Saturday afternoon. So... Wake up and smell the coffee, this retail section brings clients.
