    Definitely could have been better. The manager was not very welcoming when she found out the reasons of my visit. She made it clear that shoes are meant to last for a max 6/8 months. Her approach was definitely not very professional. Then again when I went to collect my replacement shoes the system was down and had to make a visit another day. Somehow the store seems unlucky for me and frankly the service definitely can be improved. Would like to avoid this store in the near future
