Assistant did not ask me what I need the shoes for and seemed to assume that I am looking for casual sneakers. I am a very experienced runner and expected a little more attention. Initially there was only one assistant with about 3 customers needing assistance. No interest in how the shoes fit or feel and had to wait at counter to pay. After some time a second assistant arrived to take the money. Like mentioned, for £175 pair of shoes a little more effort would be appreciated.
