    Poor sense of customer service. I entered the shop at 6:15pm today, conscious it closes at 6:30pm. I was literally ignored until I asked if I could try some shoes on (knew the model but not the exact size, would not have taken long). But I was told No, because the shop closes too soon. Is it too bad for me or just lazy servicing?

    Good service - phoned up on a Sunday to find out if they sold ON running shoes, answered within two rings, they said yes, popped in, tried 3 different pairs I liked and chose one pair which was discounted by £30 for a final price of £103. Got a £4 waterproofing too. Nice pleasant & efficient team. Love my new ON shoes, thanks 👍
