They hold very little stock in women's running shoes. The customer service is not great from the two experiences we had in here. Staff were reluctant to assist us.

Amazing staff at Runners need. Highly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. My running shoes were a good price and I know from the expert fitting that they will be a comfortable stable shoe for the type of track I use. I would highly recommend going to the Hedge end store.

I went into Runners Need to get a gait analysis done. What I got as well as a very in depth analysis was a very helpful advisor named Simon who was so very helpful regarding trainers and all things running including some fantastic advice regarding training and exercises. Simon is very knowledge guy and kind and helpful with it Runners Need are very lucky to have them working in there store. I will definitely be going back at some point and have purchased a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GT 22's recommended by Simon from the Runners Need online store. Massive thank you Simon and Runners Need.
