Amazing service from Adrian, couldn't ask for anymore. Spent over an hour with me assisting which running shoe to get. The particular one I wanted wasn't in stock so he organised the delivery from the warehouse to my address and they arrived the following day. I highly recommend Adrian's expertise and the shop.

Brilliant service from Adrian, took an hour to go through all the different options and even though I was undecided it di not put him off in helping me. Tried loads of trainers and went on treadmill many times to try my trainers, ended up buying online as they didn't have my ones in stock nether the less Adrian still was happy to advise and help. Excellent service, will be coming here for all my running trainers.

Terrible customer service. Specifically visited the store today to buy new trainers. It seemed there was only 1 attendant working and they were busy doing a gait analysis with another customer. Waited ages to speak to them and they basically could not be bothered helping me, even when I told them what I was looking for and my shoe size. They told me to go to the Clapham junction or Camden stores even though these stores are miles away. Then they told me to look online. I went to the store because I wanted help to select the right shoes. Got zero help in this store. Complete waste of my time. Never again.

I’d like to give 5 stars to this branch and specially to Adrian who couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. We did a gate study of my running and he analyzed frame by frame my running with 4 different shoes. This led me to choose the best and more suitable running shoes. Great shop and service from Adrian. I will definitely come back

I travelled from Harlesden to Chiswick today specifically to visit your branch as I have previously had excellent service at your Camden branch. I was slightly put off by the lower rating review but assumed there would be a company standard. I was served by David (I think he was South African or Australian) I asked if you stocked running hijabs and he had ask me to repeat my request (as if he didn’t know what one was). He then said no. I asked if they were available in your shop online and he said no. I find this odd as surely Runners need pride themselves on inclusivity and encouraging everyone to run. Whilst serving me, he decided it would be a good idea whilst I was trying on the shoes he d brought out to empty the bin and go into the stock room without word. I have orthotics and when I asked to have my checked on the running machine he told me they wasn’t necessary. I said it was as we need to see which shoes are working best he stuck with his recommendation. I told him fine; I d go to the Camden branch where they do offer this service. At that point the said he would offer the gait check but i had lost confidence in him. When I told him it was inappropriate of him to empty bins whilst serving me, to which he replied, « what am I supposed to do? Just hang around waiting? » As I left he sarcastically made a few comments. Including « have a nice day » and « i m sorry you feel that way ». I asked if he needed to have the last word at which point he kept mumbling what I can only assume were further last words under his breath. I wonder had been a white male, would he have acted the same? I think it’s clear why you have only a 3.3 score at this store. Btw. Your complaints email returned this so I’ve been left with no choice but to leave a review.
