I went in looking to get a pair of Hoka's, but I found them to be too squishy. The salesperson that helped me was so incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend and what size!! I tried on about 5 different pairs of shoes and ultimately landed on the Karhu's, which I am in love with! My partner is already planning to go to Runners Need to get his next pair of shoes.

I had the most delightful customer service experience with Deng at the Runnersr Need Camden Town. 10/10 what a lad, helped me pick the perfect shoe, and explained my running technique to a running novice like me. The store was crowded, which is expected as one of the best runners stores in London, but Deng was attentive and made sure I got the running shoes I needed!
