I visited Run Company in Chichester on Saturday 22nd Oct 22 with a faulty head touch that I purchased earlier in the year. No receipt. No expectations. Thankfully, Jason helped find the transaction and his manager kindly agreed I should have a straight swap and they would deal with the credit from the supplier. No hassle for me. Such excellent customer service. I was so impressed I went on to buy several other high value items in the knowledge they will be there if I need their help. Super impressed with them. Once I ordered the delivery was super quick. I had to exchange the shoes and they were absolutely amazing. The costumer service was brilliant and again the delivery was super speedy. Will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour of trainer so I emailed to change my order. The customer service team called me and were really helpful. While the colour I wanted wasn't in stock in my size, they asked if I wanted to change it to an alternative colour, and when I said I didn't, they were happy to process my refund straight away. Super efficient team without being pushy and very friendly on the phone.
