This used to be an excellent shop. I have been buying running shoes from them for over 20 years. Alas, this time I made an appointment and travelled right across London to be told that they didn't have a single appropriate shoe in my size -- even though their website advertises that they sell multiple women's shoes in that style. Highly disappointing and a total waste of my morning.

Would thoroughly recommend, I went in with a bit of an idea of the type of shoe I was looking for but wasn't overly sure and got great help (all the staff seemed very knowledgeable). Got to try on and run in four or five different pairs of shoes on the empty road next to the shop, with the staff helping me narrow it down based on my running style, speed etc. I'm sure they would have let me try more pairs as well if I'd asked.
