My little boy really enjoys it there but last time we went it was far too busy and we felt uncomfortable so we left after 15 mins. He was getting bashed and knocked over by bigger kids from a birthday party. I thought the idea of booking was to keep the numbers down, perhaps the addition of a big birthday party contributed but then maybe the general admission numbers should be reduced.

We love Runabout and the staff there. They are always so kind and so welcoming. They now know my daughter's name (we go that often) and we always appreciate them saying hello and goodbye to her. The first time we went was for a 2nd birthday party and we've been going now for 1.5 years. The party was great. They take great care of their party goers. Thank you to all of the staff there, you're wonderful
