The spa was very welcoming and calming as you enter, nice relaxing music and warm lighting. Robyn was my therapist for massage and dermalux facial and she was lovely too. Gave a great consultation and offered advice for my dry skin. I was so relaxed during my massage that I nodded off and snored myself awake again :-) would definitely come again. I'll be honest I'm normally intimidated by beauty salons but the ladies at Ruma are lovely. I haven't caught the receptionists name but I often see her and Robyn and they really put me at ease even when I'm going in to have everyone look at the bits of me I like the least! I'm having laser treatment and I'm already seeing an improvement, wish I'd got it done sooner! If you're reluctant to give it a go think of never worrying about unwanted hair again as a form of self care!
